Delete your account and data

How it works

1. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Click Delete my account above and type DELETE to confirm. You'll be signed out straight away.
3. Deletion runs automatically and usually finishes within a few minutes. We email you when it's done.

This works the same whether you use ReadySet on the web, iPhone or Android. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. If you can't sign in, email support@readyseteditorials.com from your account's email address and we'll delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email address, profile image and sign-in details
• Your membership of any workspaces
• Photos and files you uploaded
• Your personal portfolios
• Your waitlist sign-up, if you made one
• Every workspace where you are the only member, with everything in it: shoots, contacts, mood boards, call sheets, tasks, calendar events and portfolios

What may be kept

• Content you added to a workspace shared with other members stays with that team. Your name is removed from it and shown as “Deleted user”, and tasks assigned to you are unassigned.
• Records we must keep by law (for example billing records), kept only as long as required.
• A record that a deletion was requested and completed, without your email address.
• Backups, which are overwritten within 30 days.

Deleting some data only

You can delete most content yourself inside ReadySet at any time. To have us remove specific data without closing your account, email support@readyseteditorials.com and tell us what to remove.
