Privacy Policy

Who we are

ReadySet is a production workspace for photo and editorial shoots, run by ReadySet Editorials. This policy covers the ReadySet website (readyseteditorials.com) and the ReadySet iOS and Android apps.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and profile image when you sign up or sign in.
• Workspace content — shoots, contacts, creative teams, mood boards, call sheets, tasks, calendar events and portfolios that you or your team add.
• Photos and files — images you upload. The apps ask for camera and photo library access only when you choose to add an image.
• Waitlist sign-ups — the name and email you give us to hear about launch.
• Basic technical data — device, browser and error information needed to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

To provide and improve ReadySet, keep your team's workspace in sync, send you service emails, and provide support. We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps and websites.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run ReadySet on our behalf, under their own data-protection terms:

• Clerk — sign-in and account management
• Convex — database and file storage
• Vercel — website hosting
• Google (Gemini) — AI features such as contact summaries
• Microsoft — sending email

Content in a workspace is visible to the members of that workspace. We may disclose data if required by law.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time; it happens automatically within minutes. To ask for an export instead, email support@readyseteditorials.com and we'll act on it within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise any of these.

Children

ReadySet is for professionals and is not intended for anyone under 16.

Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
